How To Tie / Assemble
- 1Slide the eye of your main line through the eye of the weighted swimbait hook.
- 2Tie a Palomar knot to the hook eye and trim the tag end.
- 3Hold your soft plastic swimbait against the hook to gauge where the point should emerge.
- 4Insert the hook point into the nose of the soft plastic bait and out the bottom about 1/4 inch deep.
- 5Rotate the hook and align the hook point with the back of the plastic lure.
- 6Texas-rig the hook point by burying it slightly under the skin of the bait's back to keep it weedless.

How To Use It
Cast the swimbait past your target area and allow it to sink to the desired depth. Use a steady, moderate-speed retrieve, occasionally twitching the rod tip to imitate an erratic, injured baitfish.
