Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. The shipping cost for your order is shown before you pay at checkout.
Costs and times by product
- StopBox products: $15.00 per item, free on orders of $250 or more. Ships in 1–2 business days.
- Harvest Tags: always free shipping. Printed and shipped in 1–3 business days.
- Apparel (shirts, hoodies, hats): $7.99, free on orders of $75 or more. Each item is printed to order by our US print partner, which takes 2–5 business days before it ships.
- Maker products: handmade items are built and shipped by the independent maker who sells them. The shipping price and build time are listed on each product page.
- Digital collectibles: delivered instantly by email and download link — nothing ships.
After an order ships, standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within the processing times above, contact us and we'll look into it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the ship date with your order details and photos of any damage. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wholesale orders
Approved retail partners receive free freight on full-case orders. Case orders ship in 1–3 business days.
