How To Tie / Assemble

1Slide the popping cork onto your main line.
2Tie a small barrel swivel or a glass bead then a swivel to the end of your main line to act as a stopper.
3Cut a 18-36 inch section of fluorocarbon leader.
4Tie one end of the leader to the bottom eye of the swivel.
5Tie your hook or a weighted jig head to the other end of the leader.
6Thread a live shrimp or soft plastic lure onto the hook.

How To Use It

Cast the rig near grass lines, oyster bars, or drop-offs and use sharp, rhythmic rod twitches to pop the cork. The sound attracts fish, while the pause allows the suspended bait to flutter naturally in the strike zone.
