Bank Den Set
A lethal, unbaited setup placed directly over an underwater entrance to a muskrat or mink den.

Where to Set
How to Build It
- 1Locate the underwater den entrance by probing the bank.
- 2Position a 110 or 120 body-grip trap directly squarely over the hole opening.
- 3Secure the trap using a stake or support stick driven into the mud so it won't tip over.
- 4Ensure the trap springs are clear of debris and the trigger is positioned to fire when the animal passes through.
- 5Secure the trap chain firmly to a deep water stake or heavy drag.

Safety & Legal
Ensure body-grip traps are set fully underwater to comply with local regulations and avoid non-target catches like domestic dogs. Check traps daily, though submerged sets usually result in immediate lethal dispatch. Always affix your trapper ID tag to the trap chain.
