Venison Burgers
My wife and I love burgers. In our first home I made this recipe from some deer we had in the freezer. It has gone on to be one of our favorite recipes.

Ingredients
- -2 pounds of deer/elk meat
- -1 pound of bacon
- -Mossy Oak All Purpose Seasoning
- -Butter
Directions
- Cut meat and bacon into one inch cubes.
- Mix in all purpose seasoning.
- Grind together meat with bacon.
- First using the course grind plate then the fine grind plate.
- Form into patties, sprinkle a little more all purpose seaosning, and cook in cast iron pan with butter until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees for 15 seconds. Serve with your favorite toppings.
