Quick Verdict

If you are looking to secure your handgun while maintaining rapid access, the StopBox Pro is one of the most reliable mechanical solutions on the market. With the current StopBox Pro/Pro BOGO deal, you are effectively doubling your security for a significantly reduced price point of $149. It is a no-brainer for hunters who need to protect their sidearm in the truck and at home simultaneously.

Who Is This For?

This package is ideal for the responsible gun owner who doesn't want to rely on batteries, keys, or biometric sensors that can fail when the adrenaline is pumping. Whether you are keeping a defensive firearm in your nightstand or securing a pistol in your hunting rig, the mechanical simplicity of the StopBox is designed for those who prioritize immediate accessibility.

Key Features & Build

The StopBox Pro features a patented mechanical locking system that allows for instant access without electronics. This means no fumbling with keys or waiting for fingerprint scanners to register. The build quality is robust, specifically designed to be lightweight yet durable enough to prevent unauthorized access. The BOGO bundle specifically includes two StopBox Pro units in Black and a free Security Cable, which is a fantastic addition for tethering the box to a seat frame or heavy furniture.

Real-World Use

In testing, the StopBox performs exactly as advertised. The tactile nature of the opening mechanism allows you to train your muscle memory to open the box in seconds. Because it is purely mechanical, you never have to worry about a dead battery at 3:00 AM. For hunters, the ability to transition the box from a nightstand to a vehicle makes it incredibly versatile. Using the included Security Cable adds that necessary layer of peace of mind when leaving your vehicle at the trailhead.
