StopBox Pro/Pro BOGO Review: Two Units for the Price of One
Quick Verdict: Double the Security
The StopBox Pro/Pro BOGO offer is easily one of the most practical deals we have seen for hunters and gun owners who prioritize quick-access storage. Priced at a sale price of $149 (down from $199.99), you are getting two high-quality, mechanical storage units plus a free security cable. If you have been waiting to secure your home and your truck, or you simply want to gift one to a hunting partner, this is the most cost-effective entry point into the StopBox ecosystem.

Who Is This For?
This package is designed for the responsible owner who values reliability without the failure points of electronic locks. Whether you are staging a firearm by your bedside or need a secure, mechanical locking mechanism for your vehicle center console, the BOGO deal covers both bases. It is perfect for those who want a consistent, battery-free defensive setup in multiple locations.
Key Features & Build
The StopBox Pro is a pioneer in mechanical firearm storage. Unlike traditional safes that rely on keypads or biometric scanners—which can fail when you need them most—the Pro utilizes a mechanical push-button system.
- Mechanical Reliability: No batteries, no keys, no electronic failures.
- Included Security Cable: Essential for tethering the unit to a vehicle seat bracket or a piece of heavy furniture.
- Finish: Available in a rugged, low-profile Black finish.
- BOGO Value: You receive two units, effectively cutting your cost per unit significantly.
Real-World Use
In our testing, the intuitive nature of the locking mechanism stands out. In a high-stress scenario, muscle memory is everything. The four-button configuration allows for rapid access by touch alone. Because it lacks electronic components, you never have to worry about cold weather affecting battery life or a glitchy sensor refusing to open. It is a robust, "dumb" safe that works exactly the same way every single time.

3-pack $22.95
At the current sale price of $149, you are getting two units and a security cable. When you compare this to the standard StopBox Pro pricing of $149.99 for a single unit, the math is simple: the BOGO deal provides unparalleled value. If you look at other options like the StopBox Pro Compact or the StopBox Pro Ward | Wall-Mounted, you start to see that the Pro remains the gold standard for versatility. Getting two of these for $149 is essentially buying one and getting a second unit and a security cable for near-free.
Comparison: The StopBox Lineup
- StopBox Pro: Your standard, versatile unit. Excellent for home or travel.
- StopBox Pro Compact: Smaller footprint for tighter spaces, but lacks the storage capacity of the Pro.
- StopBox Pro Ward | Wall-Mounted: A specialized solution for permanent wall installation.
- StopBox Pro/Compact BOGO: A great mix-and-match if you need different sizes for different tasks.
