StopBox Pro BOGO Review: Double Down on Security

Quick Verdict

The StopBox Pro/Pro BOGO offer is easily the best value proposition currently available on the Buckeye Hunter Hub shop. By securing two StopBox Pro units for a total of $149, you are essentially getting a premium, mechanical firearm storage solution for your nightstand and your truck simultaneously at a significant discount. If you have been waiting to upgrade your home and vehicle security, this is the deal to pull the trigger on.

Who It Is For

This package is ideal for the hunter or home defender who understands that accessibility and security are two sides of the same coin. If you want a quick-access container that requires no batteries, electronics, or RFID tags, the StopBox Pro is your go-to. This specific BOGO bundle is perfect for those who want one unit near their bed and another secured in their vehicle using the included security cable.

Key Features & Build

The StopBox Pro is a mechanical firearm storage device designed for speed. Its primary strength lies in its simplicity—it uses a proprietary finger-activated locking mechanism that allows you to access your firearm in seconds, even in the dark or under duress.

• Mechanical Operation: No batteries to die, no biometric sensors to fail, and no electronic malfunctions.
• Double Value: The StopBox Pro/Pro BOGO package includes two units.
• Included Security Cable: Each BOGO kit comes with a free security cable, allowing you to anchor your boxes to a seat frame or heavy furniture.
• Durable Design: Built to provide reliable, quick-access storage that is significantly more secure than a standard bedside drawer.

Real-World Use

In practice, the StopBox Pro shines because of its tactile feedback. You don't have to look at the box to open it. For hunters, this is perfect for keeping your handgun secured in the truck while heading to the field or keeping it accessible yet protected at home. The included security cable is a huge win, adding a layer of theft deterrence that is often missing from simple lockboxes.

Value for the Price

At a sale price of $149, you are paying less than the cost of a single standard unit ($149.99 for a standalone StopBox Pro) to get two full units plus the security cable. This is objectively the best deal in the Shop. If you were planning to buy a StopBox Pro Compact or a Security Cable separately, the math heavily favors this bundle.

How It Compares

• StopBox Pro/Pro BOGO vs. Single Pro: You get two for the price of one. It is a no-brainer if you need more than one location secured.
• Against the Ward: The StopBox Pro Ward | Wall-Mounted is great for dedicated wall storage, but the Pro model offers better versatility for portability and vehicle use.
• Against Pro/Compact BOGO: The StopBox Pro/Compact BOGO is an alternative if you specifically want a smaller footprint, but for most, having two full-size Pro units is the superior utility choice.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

• Unbeatable value at $149 sale price.
• Zero-maintenance mechanical operation.
• Includes security cable for anchor points.
• Fast, intuitive access.

Cons:

• Only available in Black.
• Requires space for a full-size unit compared to the Compact.

Final Recommendation

If you take your security seriously and want a reliable, battery-free way to keep your tools ready but locked up, do not pass up the StopBox Pro/Pro BOGO. It provides the best return on investment across the entire StopBox lineup. Head over to the Shop and grab this deal while it is still available.
